- Message/issue when contacted

The information is used so that we can fulfill our obligations when:

- Requests
- Orders
The data is stored in:
- Contact register to save information for future communication
- Customer register to enable invoice
In all cases where customer information is accessible or processed, this is done only by authorized personnel, and only for the purposes defined above.
The information will be kept in our systems, from the last contact, for a maximum of 10 years.
